Vision to StoryDesign

Questions

Good questions to ask any studio.

Do you use AI?

We use modern software, including AI-assisted coding tools, to build sites quickly and keep costs down. We do not use AI to invent your story or speak for you. The listening, the story and the final words are human, and they are yours.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain and hosting accounts are in your name from day one, and the finished site is yours once the project is paid in full.

Can I edit the site myself?

Most clients send changes to Simon; a care plan covers them each month, or we quote them as they come up. If you'd rather edit your own words and photos, mention it on the call and we'll scope it for your site.

What will you need from me?

A conversation, honest answers about your work and your people, and your best photos. If you don't have strong photos yet, Simon can refer you to a photographer who works with you directly.

How long does a project take?

About two weeks for an Essential site and four to five weeks for Signature. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content and feedback move, so we agree on dates together at the start.

Do you work with clients outside Dallas?

Yes. The studio is based in Dallas, and any project can run remotely by video and a shared preview link.

How do payments work?

Essential projects are split 50% to begin and 50% at launch. Signature projects are paid in three milestones. Your site goes live once the final payment is in.

Start your story

Thirty minutes, no pitch.

A story call is a conversation about your work, your people and where you want to go. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your own story, whether or not we work together.
